I feel that Fred could have been more friendly. He wasn't rude but not welcoming. On another note, my Durango was at your shop for 2 days and it didn't even get a courtesy wash. This is the first time I have been to a dealer with a newer car and not received a courtesy wash. I am thinking that I will have to give the Dodge dealership in Glendora a try. Not very pleased with Sierra Dodge.
