You had my car all day on my only day off of work when I got there I paid for it and I went out and checked the problem and it was not fixed and I was told it takes a minute to warm up the heater so no it doesn’t so they told me bring it back and another time I’ve already paid for the repair and the problem is not resolved

i've brought my new 2018 jeep wrangler in for oil change at 830am. after the oil change I was notified, while I was waiting ther, that there was a recall on the jeep and that they could do it in about 3 1/2 hours. I agreed to have the work done as long as they could put me right back in so I wouldn't have to wait at end of line. I was assured my jeep would be taken right back in. And worked on immediately. so I canceled the rest of my work appointments and have my wife pick me up. This meant zero work for me for that day. Zero money earned. Ok, fine, I gotta get it done at some time. I was told I would get a call in the afternoon to give me an update never got a call. I have to call about 3:30 PM. After being put on hold several times I was told Mark would call me back in a few minutes. After an hour and 40 minutes of waiting by the phone, I had to call back because no one called me back. now I was being transferred and put on hold for approximately 20 minutes till finally someone said they have not even started to work on my Jeep! They DID NOT TOUCH IT! It was about 5pm at this time. They said the technician would have to work on it tomorrow. This meant that I had to find another car to drive to work the next day until my jeep was work done! The jeep is finally done afternoon the next day. this was the first time purchasing from your dealership and this was my first visit for service, just an oil change. Turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with car service. if you're dealership wasn't the closest to my house I would certainly take it somewhere else and may consider that option. Alhambra's not too far from me either. Very disappointed.
