I'm going to be calling and sending pictures tomorrow. Work rag left in back. Battery cover not replaced. Hood release latch ripped from the dashboard and left hanging. Wad of paper towel found under hood. I spend $400 for a BATTERY and then this is how my car is treated... So careless and thoughtless. -Jason H

Before I owned my 2016 Jeep, I owed a Toyota, if I had to take the car to the dealer, I got a full explanation of what the problem was. I was very disappointed to see that my car being only a little bit more than 2 years old already had a dead battery. I am giving the same use to this car as I did before with the toyota, so when I asked why the car being so new already had a battery failing on me, the answer from him was “oh batteries are like light bulbs, they can died any time” which for me does not make sense, I know you can buy a battery that lasts 3 years, 5 years etc So I am not even sure if there is something else wrong with the car. I still have the message from the on/off star function showing, saying “battery charging” so how long is it gonna show for? Because that feature of the car is still not working today, and the representative told me that was because the battery was dying. So, how do you explain that having replaced the battery still shows today?

David Figueroa and the entire staff are excellent!! When I went to Sierra Dodge I told Dave what I thought the problem was with my car. He immediately took action and set me up so the mechanics could fix my car. He kept me informed at all times . When my car was finished it had been washed also. I am very happy with the service I received at Sierra Chrysler Dodge.!

It was given an estimate of 2-3 hours to wait for thr vehicle to be serviced. It took them 5 hours to tell me it wasn’t fixed. When I did try to get an update, they would place me on hold and never answer. I called multiple times only to be redirected to nothing. When I did pick up the car, the engine light was on and they forgot to reset the codes after the diagnostic test.

I took my truck in on Thursday around 10:30 am. On Friday I received a Sierra Chrysler email that said that my truck was on track, “ whatever that meant?” I did not receive a call that day. On Saturday I called around 1 o’clock and left a message on the service number that I had not gotten word or an update, and if Mark could please return my call. I called back about five or 6 PM and left a second message for an update. On Sunday I saw on the Internet that the service department was closed, so I did not call to check in. On Monday morning around 9am, I called and left a message again. I did not receive a call, so I called back around 11 am, Mark picked up the phone, and I let him know that I had called several times, and that I had not received an update, about my vehicle. He said that he was sorry, but he had had an emergency, and was unable to get back to me. He let me know that he was very backed up with paperwork and would call me back. I waited about an hour and decided that I would go down and talk to him. I drove 20 minutes to the dealership and When I arrived at the dealership, I walked up to the service desk where Mark was located, he was on the phone, and told me that he would get to me when he could, he felt dismissive to me. I walked away, to the lobby, where I could see him, so that he knew I was waiting, but again I had to go look for him. At the moment, I decided that I did not want to deal with him or this dealership. I walked up to him again, and let him know that I would like my car, and that I would be leaving. He looked up at me and said ok, nothing else, just “ok.” I told him that I would wait outside for my car. A young man by the name of Eli brought my truck out to me. I asked if I had to go back in and he said “no.” So I left. In a few minutes, I received a call from Mark, “he said that I had to come back and pay.” I responded “pay for what.” He said “the oil change.” I responded, that I was not aware that they had done anything to the truck because I never got a call with an update, nor did he communicate this to me while I was in front of him at the service desk, just minutes ago. I told him that I wanted to talk to the the manager, at first he said the manager was not there, and then I said, “I will not pay until I get a call from your manager.” I turned the truck around, because I owed money to the dealership, and headed back to the to pay my bill. As I arrived, I received a call from Rocky, the manager, and I explained what had happened. I let him know that I had arrived and would be coming in to pay for the oil change. Rocky met me inside, and I paid my bill. Mark handed me the paperwork, and I left. I then drove to the Glendale dealership to have my truck serviced. I am a property manager for people in the entertainment industry. I take my clients car to the dealership to have them serviced as well as my own. I go to the Toyota dealership in Pasadena and deal with Molly, I go to the Rusnak Mercedes in Arcadia and deal with Ophelia, I go to the Lexus dealership in Glendale and deal with Fred, I go to Pasadena Volkswagen and deal with Wendy, and I take my clients Pacifica to Glendale dodge, and deal with Eder. I go to the Acura dealership in Glendale and deal with Manny. I say this because I am not new to the service advising world. I have never had an experience like this, or pulled a car from being reviewed for myself or my clients. This is a first for me. I wa disappointed to say the least

Everyone was friendly and helpful, however more communication as to the status of the car would be helpful. No ETAs were given, and after waiting in-store over 90 mins for an oil change with no communication, I went to the front and asked the status. I was told the car is done and they had the paperwork right there. While I was there, another customer also had to inquire the status of her vehicle after being told it would be ready by noon... it was 1:30pm and she had not been told anything.
