Then Michael took over checked my recall notice and if there were anymore, asked if there were anymore concerns. Picked it up right on time, again Dave said hi and I'm a super happy camper! Hello, Mark was an absolute hero in resolving my emissions issues while traveling 400+ miles from home. On the last night of our trip (Thurs. 7/28), the engine light went on in my 2014 Challenger while driving to the hotel. I found Sierra via a Google search while staying the final night in Arcadia. I called at 7am on 7/29, and spoke to Mark. He was reassuring and told me to come right down. After diagnosing, we learned that the emissions issues were covered by warranty and Mark jumped through hoops to ensure that i could get back on the road, in time to take my daughter to a Girl Scout event the next morning back home in Northern California. After about 8 hours I had my car and was ready to hit the road. The trip home was fine and my family and I would like to express our appreciation to your dealership for having the great judgement in employing Mark at the front service desk. We will be leaving excellent public feedback as well. Thanks again, Jim K

I brought my Jeep in for an Oil Change, also to ask what the error codes where, and if those could be fixed, and look at the steering wheel because after the recall work was completed the steering wheel seemed out of place. I received a call everything was fixed and it was going to cost $198.00, and I was stunned only because I didn't authorize the work to be done what to know how much this would cost. I paid the amount in full and to my surprise the oil change I brought it in for wasn't completed. The steering wheel is still a little off and deosnt seem to be in the right order. I spoke with the service manager and he inspected the Jeep and he too said the wheel wasn't fixed. It is a Friday and it was getting "late", and I told him I would bring the Jeep back in on Monday. I am upset the oil change I brought it in for wasn't taken care of. I didn't like the fact the steering wheel was ignored and not fixed. I wasn't happy that I had to pay what I did because I was unaware of the cost to fix and repair these items. I am please the check engine light is off, until I hit 50 or so miles and I shall see from there. I have brought my Jeep in here before and I am trying to build the customer dealership relationship, and I am thankful for all that has been done, I am asking if I want the oil changed, change the oil, then move into the other things as well. I am forever grateful for the professionalism, there needs to be more attention to detail in the details I asked for to be done. Best Regards, Daniel O

After a week in the shop and 3200 dollars spent, my malfunction indicator light has come on ONE DAY after picking my car up. Also, some of the noises I just paid to have fixed are still present. Within the last month and a half I have spent almost 4000 dollars. Sub standard results. Further, at times it's hard to get hold of anyone -- anyone at all-- on the phone! I will expect that my car will be given PRIORITY as these problems are addressed.

Overall my car was fixed on a timely manner. I did not enjoy being told 4 tire rotation was included in the initial maintenance agreement but 5 tire not. While I was not charged I don't understand why the dealer has this policy Seems kinda nickel and dime to me and only hurts a possible long term relationship. I don't think Fred invented this himself

I prefer to have Dave as my service manager. He is always very informative, he explains everything needed (today was just oil, but my car was done and he explained that we were just waiting for the wash...which there was only one person working and a new car being detailed), and Dave always acts like he knows me and greets me with a smile. My car is 10 years old, with over 163,000 miles on it. We both know I need a new one, but he never treats me like my car is a dying cause, but rather the family car it is.
