I appreciated that they worked on my car, but left it in pieces, with my license plate inside the car. I discovered when I got home, having driven from Duarte to San Fernando, and thankfully I didn't get stopped. I have to drive around the next few days with the car in pieces. I am selling at three events in the next few days, and the pieces will be in the way as I fill up the back of the Caravan.

David is really doing his best to make our service relationship satisfactory, and he has even brought the master mechanic on for us, however, most of the mechanics do not seem to pay attention to the quality or completeness of their work. We have had several "inspection checklists" with every box checked satisfactory, only to find, at best, something neglected, or worse, something damaged, in the next few days. We have an extended warranty but the time involved to come in, the expense of a rental car, and the inconvenience we experience, is maddening. Davis is really trying, but it seems to us that he is not well supported by the dealership or the corporation.

The whole service was awesome you guys said the truck would be done on Saturday and it was done on Saturday the only thing I didn't like about the service was the gentleman that helped me at the end that gave me the key not the cashier but the gentleman at the desk wasn't able to answer my questions and I know I picked up my Pro master at 4:55 PM but the gentleman was in a hurry to close.
