As always, Mr. Turner has provided me with Exceptional service. Unfortunately, this time around , at no fault of Mr. Turner’s, when arriving to pick u my vehicle, it was damaged while in the hands of your services personnel. To date, I have not heard from anyone to discuss this matter with me nor to apologize. Mr. Turner on numerous occasions did apologize and it now looking into the matter. When bringing my car in for service, I put trust in Rast West Service Technician, but no one wants to own up to this issue. I would like for someone to contact me as soon as possible to discuss this matter. If I do not hear from someone by close of business on Wednesday May 23, 2018, I will take this matter higher. I put a lot of pride in my vehicles and this is truly unacceptable.

This is the second 3rd time I’ve had my car at Lincoln. I have an air shock problem. Someone else put them on and you guys receive it dnd had me replace everything except the shocks. This would include the air compressor. I got the compressor myself but left paying about $1500. It road fine for 2 weeks and dropted. This time you couldn’t figure out anything, try OEM shocks. I purchase those online and came back for diagnostic. After 2 hours of troubleshooting and $270 more I was told to try something else. The freakin intent was for repairing the car was to trade it in for another Lincoln but since Lincoln can’t diagnose their own cars, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE. I am going to escalate this to the owner Andrew Trasatti. I did appreciate Luke in service.

I don't know what Mr. Turner had done to my car, because I had to leave immediately upon picking it up, due to an important engagement. All I can say is that it has not run so smooth, or sounded this good in a long time. Upon my return, in about a few days, I plan to visit him in as he told me when I brought the car for service, he was going to advise me of how to use some of settings in my vehicle.
