Staff should communicate with their clients when the vehicle will not be ready at the expected time. I arrived at 8:30am and was told my vehicle will be ready in 2 hours. At 11:00am I checked on the status of my vehicle and was told my car has not been taken into the port yet. They ended up starting the work on my car at 11:30am. That was unacceptable and it makes me want to go to a quick auto shop instead.

I brought my Navigator in for an oil change it took 9 days to get it back.
No one made any attempt to satisfy me with a explnation a loner car or a discount for my Inconvenience the service writer did come over to me to somewhat apologize but even after speaking to John Akers who offered no assistance or apology.
I found myself very disappointed in your costumer service.
I'm going to try the Lincoln dealership in Arlington Virginia.
P.S. a shade tree Mechanic would have given better customer service.

I have never been so upset with Lincoln dealership in the past 5 years as I am now. The service was not Lincoln quality. My 90k miles service didn't come close to what should've been the key components to be serviced. And the car wash was horrible! The outside and interior was not respectful at all. Didn't even bother to clean my rims or windows. I don't think the workers felt like treating every vehicle with the Lincoln quality service that I have become accustomed to. Service was the worse ever on this day for me. I hope that I'll never experience such horrible service ever again! Lincoln for life!!

I went in to have a oil change and service I got there at 9:25 and my car was not ready until 2:45 PM to pay bill and the service manager said the car was outside I walked out and could not find a car and then he asked if I need help I said I can’t find my car so he said give me your key he went down in the back he said the car was blocked in with a tow truck but he got it out it shouldn’t take no three and four hours to get your car service I am not pleased with Lincoln mercury dealer right now you are in service my car ever since I got it my SUV rather I’ll see what happened the next time I go you need to fix this customer service is very very poor thank you
