I arrived at 7:23 a.m. I was the 5th car in line. My car wasn’t ready until after 4:00 p.m while I sat there and waited for them to perform an oil change, diagnostic as to why my backup camera wasn’t working properly and to check why the trunk when closing wasn’t beeping. That length of a wait is inexcusable. I had to reach out them around 1 or so because I’d heard nothing and was told it hadn’t gone into the shop yet. Seriously, I’m definitely going to check into the Silver Spring Lincoln for future service. This is pretty sad since I’ve been coming here for over 20 years.

It took to long to get an appointment and then we couldn’t get a loaner . They had our car for almost two weeks did the repairs plus a recall which made my truck run terrible. You can feel every bump From the back and it’s rambling. Now I have to take the truck for for them to see what the problem is. The service there has really changed and I don’t mean for the better.

I have a premium maintenance plan for owning a Black Label Navigator that has not been honored by Lincoln corporation. I have less than 27,000 miles on a 2020 model and I was told that I had to pay for my scheduled services because I have zero (freebie’s) scheduled maintenance’s left. In our contact, Lincoln offered me 50,000/4 years premium maintenance plan covering ALL RECOMMENDED SERVICES and including replacement of wear and tear items. Please honor your agreements with your loyal customers.

I had a recall on my airbags so I made an appointment for Tuesday 8/30 @ 7:30am to drop my vehicle off. At 3:11 pm, I received a text stating that it would be kept until tomorrow. Fine. Received no updates on Wednesday. I reached out Thursday morning, & was told that afternoon “hopefully by tomorrow, Tuesday at latest.” Tuesday rolls around, & when I reach out, the person supposedly working on my car was not at his desk. So, I show up in person to see what was going on. I am then told that I am “second in line, & my vehicle should be ready by tomorrow (Wednesday) or Thursday.” There is no reason that an airbag replacement should take more than a day, let alone over a week. & to not have even started on it?? I asked for my keys back & was offered no explanation, or apology. The lack of communication is baffling, but I guess since I wasn’t a paying customer, I wasn’t high on their to-do-list ???????????
