After bringing my car in for an oil change the driving it home I noticed a noise that hadn’t been there before. I took the car back the next day to have it checked. The machanic went on a ride with me and heard the noise and thought it was something done with the turbo, he also stated that he topped off my fluids ( something that should have been done with my oil change) because it wasn’t done. I took it back several times ( Monday and Thursday) for them to fix what they broke. On my last visit I was told that it maybe my turbo and the location ( east west Lincoln) did not have the ability ( no one in place) that could do a diagnostic or do engine work to fix what they broke. As a black label customer and Lincoln car owner for over 10 years this the worst experience I have had and will next take my car back for any services needed. I now have to take my car to another dealer to see what they broke to have fixed.

Went for battery replacement and oils change on Monday. The tech who put the car information down forget to add my oil change. I had to reschedule that for Thursday because I was down to 10% oil. As of today I need to take the car back today because is make int a noise as if they did not balance out my tires.

As a former Mercedes customer for over 35 years I did not appreciate arriving at 7:30am and waiting for 4 hours for an oil change. After I questioned the process we discovered that my car was ready about 1 hour prior… but no one had indicated /notified me by text., that the car was ready to be released…although I was sitting in the waiting room.

Service overall was great. However, I asked that a rattling noise be checked out and dealt with. It was checked but dealt with because as soon as I pulled off the service lot, the noise was still there. When I got home, I pushed the area I suspected the noise was coming from, and sure enough I heard the rattle that I hear when I’m driving around. That is unsatisfactory.

I had my car in there for a airbag recall and my airbag light is still on I told me to come and get the car it's ready but the airbag light is still on for them to check it it would cost me $165 then charge me for the parts when the car was already there for airbag recall they could have told me then what was wrong with it and I told them to fix it and now they want to charge me to look at it then charge me to fix it I don't think that's fair have a blessed day
