My vehicle was there from 8:30am to 5:00pm. My car was not cleaned. And there was oil or se substance on my door and seat. When the manager attempted to remove the substance from the door it did not work.

One question, As MVA would not allow me to renew my car rgistration unless the airbag recall issue is resolved ,did the work you did on my car solve the problem because May 30,2022 is the expiration date ? My appointment was never made even though I made the appointment and spoke with the service department. I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and my oil meter was never reset. I needed to add on a service for brakes and was told this would take longer than a day and no loaner vehicles were available. I was told if I wanted the service I would have to wait for a loaner car and they were not sure the time frame. I am very highly disappointed and will probably never return for service of my vehicle.
