I requested the recall issue be corrected and a multi-point inspection of my vehicle. The recall work was done but a thorough inspection did not occur.
Very disappointed.
And since leaving your shop I found out that my brakes may need to be replaced and possibly I need to replace one of my tires. All Things that should have been discovered during the multi-point inspection.

This was the worse experience I've ever had with a service advisor! I dropped my vehicle off on 8/16 and picked up on 8/29 and my problems are still not resolved! Jon was slow and unresponsive. In fact he NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS OR TEXT towards the end of my transaction. I've NEVER had an advisor to purposely ignore my calls/ text. When I received my vehicle it was dirty on the inside from the mechanics shoe and handprints. I immediately sent Jon a text informing about that and the fact that the work I paid for was not complete. I still have not heard anything back from him 2 days later! Totally disgusted with this service.

The service was fine as far as changing the oil and rotating the tires. But, the car was not washed or cleaned in the inside as have in the past. I have been a customer of East-West for years now and it seems that things have definitely changed as far as customer service.
