7 trips to the dealership, 3 calls to the concierge and a lot of unnecessary time spent trying to resolve the situation with my car. The service advisor told me one story, the service manager told me another story, the sales lady told me another story, and the sales manager told me another story all regarding why my car is not working. I love my car but the service has been less than desirable
