1st, you shouldn't pick-up on Friday if ya'll are closed on the weekend. Also, you need to put the gas used back in the car, like we would have to with the rental.

Mr. Owens, as usual was very courteous, and kind. When I called him he said he said he was swamped, but I could have it towed over and he would see what he could do. He called me 2 days later and told me what I needed and it might be next week before they could get to all the things.
That was Wednesday, Friday afternoon I got a call, my car was ready. I was surprised to hear that, and it was sooo clean!!!!! and shining!!!!
I have only driven it once since, I hope I don’t find anything wrong when I’m able to drive as usual. Thanks East West!!!

This is the second time we have our car in for the same problem. Both times it was diagnosed with a faulty fuel pump. The last time lincoln sucked up the cost of a new pump which was great. Luke has always kept us informed of what was happening which is great customer service. The service guts are great as well. They listened to what I said happened and proceeded to correct the problem.
