My concerns were taken seriously by Luke. Although his communication skills are superlative, Luke went the extra mile by bringing out Jeffrey, the mechanic who had been working on my vehicle during my first visit, to speak to me directly. Very refreshing to be treated with respect. I was neither spoken down to nor fleeced, otherwise known as the “dumb blonde bimbo” treatment! Erica and Noah were also very cordial and professional. I have already received a survey from The Ford Motor Company in which I have conveyed in greater detail my satisfaction with the service team and overall positive impressions of the dealership. The dilemma of finding a fair, reliable, and conveniently located shop to take my vehicle since I have moved out of the suburbs (and far away from the trusted mechanic in my former neighborhood) has been solved.
