Due to a very negative experience at Upland Ford I decided to try Colley Ford. Fiona was the service writer who helped me. I found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable. My service was completed quickly and I was not subjected to high pressure sales pitch for unnecessary "necessary required", maintenance procedures. The personal service by Jon was excellent. The only problem was with the paint job. There was about a square foot of orange peal finish and one small corner that didn' get finished and looked like a chip. The bumper had to be repainted. The personal service was excellent but the quality control/inspection the first time was nonexistent.
