Had an appt to get the ball rolling and he told me it would take a few days wwll two weeks later I had to call and all of a sudden they had the part. Also when they tried to give me my car back it looked like the front of my car was driving threw mud. I had the guy go wash it but who does that.

It is obvious that your people do not know what they are doing and will not take responsibility for what they did. Instead trying to say it was an issue with my transmission .
