We had 3 problems needing attention when we dropped off the car. When we arrived to pick it up after a call from Colley saying the car was done, we discovered that one of the problems had not even been looked at, requiring additional time! We're not sure we can trust Colley with any further maintenance of our car!

Not very satisfied with Mr. ****. He did not follow thru with customer service. It took forever to check my vehicle out and the tow truck driver had to wait for at least 45 minutes! I was being very patient until the end when he said the reason was that my battery needed charging? Really? It shows on computer diagnostics that my batteries are good! I paid the $150.00 but did not follow up with your services due to my situation was under warranty which I explained to Mr. **** this morning when he called. As I was waiting two other customers were not very happy and we shared to each other not very good service. From 1-10 I give it a 2

Well done! I especially appreciated the car wash and feeling my window washer fluid as part of the service. And the shuttle ride home was terrific will the service was being done. The line totally satisfied thank you!

We brought our Ford Flex into Colley Ford in for key/ ignition issue in January of this year ultimately repaired at no charge. On Friday 5/11/18 we brought (my husband and I) the Ford Flex in for yet another couldn’t start /ignition related issue. We asked parts and service representative Mark **** about any reimbursement for a rental vehicle for the time it would take to repair this vehicle he slipped the question by saying it would be done by Monday 5/14/18. Mark **** didn’t call me on Monday until after 6:00 pm leaving a message saying that The Flex had a starter/ignition problem and to call him after 7:00 on Tuesday for confirmation of weather to proceed with repairs. My husband called him twice on Tuesday Mark **** never retuned his calls. I called Mr **** and and he stated that the cost of repair would be 300.00. I’m not sure why ultimately why we had to pay 300.00 unless a premium maintenance plan isn’t what I thought it was. I believe this is unprofessional conduct on part of Mr **** is unacceptable. If possible we will seek other avenues for reimbursement for all of the above listed costs that we incurred unless resolved by Colley Ford.

This was my first time dealing with George and I had a great experience. He informed me of recalls and how they can remedy the transmission "quirk" on my Focus. Overall I was very satisfied. Great guy!!! And I got a free car wash....can't ask for more than that.
