Appointment took 1 hour longer than they said it would. 2.5 hrs for oil change felt excessive. They forgot to wash car after service. I had to remind them about the car wash and they just sprayed off the outside, leaving bird poop on rear door. Service advisor said wash would include inside windows and vacuum, but it didn't.
