I appreciate Eric looking at my photos to help me prove my point that my backup camera was not working eventhough it start working when arrived for my service appt.
I also had a problem with my front license plate not adhering well to the vehicle and Eric made sure to help take care of that as well.
I wanted to share how friendly the the whole staff is they pass on the walkway to the shuttle ride. Everyone greets you with words, smile and professionalism. Colley Ford reminds me of Disneyland with such excellent customer service.
