my husband could not come to pick up the car so when I went to pick up the car Mark did not go over anything with me he told me go see the cashier they will give you the paperwork and will bring the car up for you It took them Quite a while to bring the car up once I got into the car found out quickly that they did not complete the services that I brought it in for so I had to go get MarK and show him the sync system had not been fixed. My car was kept an extra day after other services were complete so the sync could be fixed and it wasn’t. They gave me a rental car and I had to return The next day. Marc did not call us we had to always call him to find out what was going on with our car when I came to pick it up Mark did not address me at all George who is wonderful we’ve dealt with him before and he will be the one that we deal with if we ever come back I’m how did paperwork and once again waited 15 minutes for someone to bring my car up Marc did not come out and go over any of the services he did he did not come out to see if the sync system is fixed he didn’t seem to care at all no one once ever went over my paperwork with me or the repairs that were done. in the past when we brought our cars into Coley Ford we got wonderful service from George Marc does not belong in this business dealing with customers The lack of customer service I received this time with my car has me searching for a new place to take my cars we paid $500 for services done plus had to recall or field service items taken care of I know Marc did not like the fact that we questioned him over as paying our hundred dollar deductible again since our sink system was not fixed correctly the first three times we brought the car in When we first drop the car off and I was explaining the sink system to him he talk down to me he tried to tell me I didn’t know how I was operating the sync system ive had the car for three years I know how to work the sync system mark is a very rude man that does not enjoy his job does not enjoy customers and really should look for a new line of work. We currently own 5 ford vehicles We have always loved fords but after the problems and poor service my next car will most likely not be a ford
