The oil change took longer than usual and I requested the car wash when I got there. i never got a call or text that it was ready, i decided to ask the adviser and it was.I asked the adviser if it had been washed and he said yes that they should have, well they had the truck for 2-plus hours and come to find out it was not washed. Another manager offered to wash it that moment but the porter told me they were all busy. I asked if you accepted coupons or military discount the cashier said no. price was set. I came back later after picking up my husband's truck from having an oil change and had them wash it then. I don't need a phone call, I'm just not going to bring my truck there again.

Refused service because car was over 10 years old. Part not in stock and mechanic did not want to deal with it as the two nuts are hard to reach.
I found part with no problem and have found a local shop who wants my business. Don't worry, I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I will also let my local Mustang Club of Southern California know too. Best advertising is local word of mouth.
