Well first off just want to say I just purchased truck f-150 1 month ago and already having problems. Then I take it to get it fixed. And costed me $200.00 dissaponted. Then when my truck is ready for pickup. I noticed that the tailgate has a big chip size of a quarter. Bad service someone is responsible for this. l have proof and took pictures of my truck before service . That big chip was fresh so I mention to Mike from service and he is aware took pictures an notes. He said it was there responsibility and was goin to take care of it for me inconvenience!! I am not having a good experience with this purchase. So I hope Lee manager of service dep takes care of this issue asap. I'm not having this not executable. My phone # is ****-****-xxxx Sabas F

The overall service was good but they could use a little more attention to detail my oil cap was left off as well as all the paperwork put my car down as a different xar then it actually waz and it makes me question what other little details may have been overlooked. But very friendly customer service.

Mark is very professional and I think he is great, but I was left in the dark as to what was really going on. I received a call the first day and last but amiss during the two weeks it took to fix it. Having been a usual BMW lessee I expected they would have at least washed it, but I guess Ford doesn’t do that. I appreciated the loaner.
