The service guy was new & wanted to perform some other services before it was needed. I caught it & corrected it. He appeared untrained & without a protocall to follow,like he was “winging” it. I asked Eric to help me,he helped me before with my front right tie rod/suspension when another service guy didn’t call back for 2 days(left me hanging).

I will have to return tomorrow to have the tire pressure set correctly after the tire rotation. This is the same issue I had the last time I was there several months ago. This is a simple service and both times I've had to return the day after and take time off work to do so! This time the service charge should be waved. I will cost me 7 times the service charge in wages to return. If I need to I can bring proof

Issue with the communication of what was expected from insurance and me and the service completed. Also when the truck was delivered it was Filthy. Bird crap all over the vehicle, and Acorns all over the place and the inside was very dirty from the workers and was never cleaned.
