Service department did not communicate and I was required to call late on both days with little or no feedback. Then finally told car would be ready at 1pm and arrived at 3pm with car still not complete and no call received on delay. Don't mind issues if communication occurs. Zero communication without my calling.

I had my mirror and a lot of other work done adjust them coils ,air con ,oil change, spark plugs ,ect- I wished they would of hooked up my electric button for my mirrors now I have to adjust them manualy other than that yes I am satisfied .Jonathan C

Took my fusion in for service. First thing didn't receive a call back from the service advisor about any recall service work that was going to be done. Took it in for ac trouble. Was not advised if this was going to be cover under warranty or if I had to pay out pocket need to budget. Had to make several call to get information. The service manager was unavailable to here my complaint. I'm a long time customer in service department. Also have bought several bought vehicles from Colley Ford. This's the first time of bad service.
