I called and asked about how much it would cost to fix my car. I was broke so I was going to wait to fix it. He said it didn’t sound safe so he suggested that I bring my car in and have it looked at. He told me what it problem was and told me that I could make payments as I’m a long time customer. I am going in on Friday to make a payment. I’m so thankful that he was willing to help me out and he was concerned with my safety.

My daughter brought the car in right after she hit a deer but before a body mechanic. They did $585 60000 mile service. The car was totaled by the insurance company. The radiator was pushed off the mounts and the tech still did the repairs. I take my vehicles there for professional service and wasn’t provided that. I need to know that when we take a vehicle in that we are being taken care of because we are a customer and not a cash payment. Very disappointed in this interaction
