My wife briught the car in. She had to wait but didn't mind because she liked the waiting room. We hadn't planned on a coolant change too but it was recommended so it was done. Offered with no hard sell, it was her choice. Appreciate that. Thanks.

Not completely because when service personal go in and out of the car their boots or shoes scratch the trim on the floor. I always take care to step over the chrome, so was very disappointed to see it get narked up. My Venza is very classy, not a truck, and it was careless to not avoid scratching the trim. Next time I will protect it with temporary masking tape.
