Is there something in writing about the two year guarantee to replace a tire that is damaged beyond repair? And is that just one tire, or more than one if that would happen? Just checking.

I have always been completely satisfied with my service at Hosmer. Somehow I felt like I was left “hanging” this time - like I was bothering Hosmer for something trivial and that I needed to bring the car back a second (or more?)time(s) - 120 miles round trip! I made a couple of phone calls to Toyota and they resolved the problem the next day! I will continue to have my RAV4 serviced at Hosmer in the future!!

You broke my wheel studd, didn’t even apologize, then you put a different lug nut on my vehicle so when I had a flat I was stuck. When I called your service guy made it sound like it was my fault. Nice. Then you offered to give me the tool to take it off. I asked the service manager twice if he was sure about the tool. He said yes and pretty much acted like I was an idiot for even asking. Guess what, tool didn’t work. So I hired someone to come and remove the jacked up lugnut you installed. Took the tool and lugnut back to your service mgr. he didn’t say a word. Not, hey sorry about that, nothing. Your service is nothing short of horrible. I’ve brought all my vehicles to be serviced there and even bought two trucks from you, and that’s the way you treat a loyal customer? Your service manager lacks basic service and customer communication skills. I’ll be taking my vehicle to Ames to get serviced from now on, and I’ll never buy another vehicle from hosmer either.
