I arranged an appt. To get new tires on my car. I was told it would take a couple hours. A couple turned into <3 hrs and it still was not done. I checked on my car 3 different times. And noted that noone was working on it at the times I checked in on it. I felt that >3 hrs is a crazy amount of time for the work being done and expressed that. It was met with a negative self righteous crap of we loaned you a car what more do you want ? I can say I was very beyond very disappointed today with my experience.
