One of the worst experiences I had getting my oil changed. They had wrong name on orders, had to tell them they didn't wash or vacuum car and they didn't notice back wiper was bad until I told them. They did replace wiper after I said something at no cost which was nice. But makes me wonder what else they may have missed. But there was a very nice sales man that came up and spoke to me and asked how it was going getting my car worked on his name was Tim I believe he said. Told him what was going on and he offered to get me a coupon book for my troubles. And of course Pat Sills offered to talk to them in the shop he is by far the best salesman you have.
