Nathan helped me out when I brought my car in today to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. I asked him to quote me on a set of four new tires. After the service techs finished my car he followed up with me on the service and explained to me my options as far as new tires. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything and didn’t make me feel like I wasn’t a valued customer. I will keep coming to Hosmer to have work done on my car because of the excellent customer service.
