Wade was very helpful and accommodating and just extremely friendly. He assured me that even though we did not purchase our vehicle in Mason City, Hosmers would still take good care of my vehicle. That was so nice to hear. We wanted to purchase locally, but your used inventory simply didn't have what we were looking for. I have always received good work and care from Hosmer Toyota and Adam Nalan. If I had only 1 thing to complain about, would be the free car wash. Hince "free". It never comes out clean, and sometimes it looks worse than before. I don't expect every bug or spot to be removed.... but the bottom doesn't even look like they touched it. And water spots all over it. Other than that, I had a good experience. Thank you!
