SUV has needed to be jump started 3 times. Service said they tested battery and it was fine but did charge it. Was told it was probably from driving short distances so battery couldn’t charge up. I drive across 7 countries for my job so drive long distances every day. I am concerned the problem hasn’t been fixed.

Well I had a remote start put in. I wanted to get dealer service cause I don't want to trust a 3rd party. I was not too informed of the module put in, it's options, or other options that might have been available. That's good for most idiots that just want it to work. I'm a little quicker on the uptake so I'm disappointed that they didn't even provide the manual that comes with the device or asked about how I'd like to have the device configured. It's done our way and at a premium because we are a dealer.

I came in and asked for just an oil change.I was told they would look at my tires to see if they needed to be rotated. Then halfway through the service they said a code showd up in which another 125.+ would cost. I said no. They also said I need an an alignment.I ended up paying for an oil change and tire rotation.I felt I wasnt listened to.Why can't I get just what I ask for.I felt intimidated and from now on my husband will deal with these issues.
