The service department was excellent, and I was happy with the way they were able to get me in & out so quickly. Everyone's very professional, and plenty to deal with.
What I didn't appreciate was that I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot, about 3-4 months ago. The lug nuts had already started to rust. I pointed that out when I was in for service on 3/6/17. I spoke with Joe Starr, my sales rep, which has provided incredible customer service, about the issue. He, and the service manager looked at the lug nuts, and indicated that they were indeed starting to rust. The vehicle only has 14,000 miles on it, and this should be happening already. The service department said that they would replace them, which they did. When I went to pick the vehicle up I was told that this was a one time replacement, and that Honda would NOT stand behind this, if it happened again. This is NOT the type of customer service I expect when you buy a 34,000 vehicle, plus my daughter & mom-in-law BOTH purchased newer vehicles from Hosmer. If I experience any other issues with rusty lug nuts, and prior to the warranty expiring, and they're not replaced neither me, nor a family members, will EVER purchase another Honda, or Toyota vehicle ever again. We've had GREAT experiences with the sale people, and everyone else, at Hosmer, but do NOT like Honda's lack of customer service. I told the service manager, and Joe Starr, we have a vehicle that's a 2001, with 125,000 miles on it, and NONE of the lug nuts have any rust on them. If Hosmer expects me, or a family member to continue to do business with them, I'd appreciate someone lets Honda know how upset I'm about this situation. I hope this doesn't happen before the warranty runs out.

I was previously called by Robert in service about a recall on my Crv. They ordered the part and they call me back telling me it was in. I showed up the following week without an appointment and asked them if they could pick up my Crv to perform the recall from my work and bring it back when it was done and they gladly did! On the same day ii showed up! That's what i call great customer service! Thanks very much!
