I was mostly satisfied when I experienced through the fact that Jay the service writer was on the case on the ball and doing everything can to get everything with the shop going on one of the shop personnel didn't show up and unknown to them they didn't know when the shop person was going to show up but Jay at least inform me kept me on target or what's going on and a simple tiny repair is all it needed and not a very expensive computer parts and I appreciate j and his entire desire to get something done for the customer and make sure it was right the first time and not to start replacing parts left and right like the shop with stuff they're going to do. The shop stumbled. But JAY made me secure that all is going to be right. Thank you..

I left the dealership and now have two new issues. My brake light has a broken corner that wasn’t there at first, my check engine light was on and wasn’t never on prior. I told my assigned service dealer and he said he didn’t know how that happened because they didn’t take anything apart. So I had to just deal with it. I had my 3 month year old and my 2 year old alone and couldn’t escalate the problem because they were fussy. I’m very disappointed to have to now deal with extra issues on top of the original issue.
