So I took my car to get service today and usually when I get my car service here there is always a problem. I took it to get a standard service on my car and when the guy called me to tell me my car was ready it was within 30 minutes he just said it was ready and didn’t provide any other details. So I go to get my vehicle and when I get there I get a sheet of paper and my car. I didn’t look at the paper until I got home and it said they were unable to rotation my tires because I have swollen lug nuts. The guy that called me did not tell me anything about that over the phone. I just feel like I should of been informed about that before picking up my car because now I have to make another appointment to get that checked out. I feel like that was very inconsiderate on y’all part because getting my tires rotated was part of the service that I needed.
