NOW FOR THE BAD !!! I stopped by Wednesday morning to book an appointment because I was close to the dealer Jay was not there at the moment So I was sent to a guy named Gary who made my experience super horrible Not only did he not Shake my hand or look me in the eye basically just took my info and ignored me after that as if I wasn't there I asked him couple questions if he needed a Vin number nothing no response it was like talking to the wall I do t know what his problem is but if he judged a book by its cover he's completely unprofessional and one of the reason I stay away from service centers I couldn't believe the attitude,disrespect unexceptable !!
