In November when I left truck for warranty work I requested my
Tires be rotated and agreed to pay. When I picked up they did not
Rotate tires noting there didn’t have time but because truck would be going back in December for custom ordered parts they would do it then
I returned truck in December and again they failed to rotate tires
I also have email showing breaks were inspected in December and now February I find out my breaks are very bad this tells me they never inspected my breaks 2 months ago as noted

When I have to take my 2012 Volt to you I’m always afraid of getting the bad news with a 10 year old car with 141K miles that the high voltage battery has finally died. But no! Unlike some dealers who don’t have the best EV techs like you do, a simple reflash was all it needed, and still within warranty.
