I dropped off my car on 1/26. I got a call with diagnosis later that day.
a week passed and they had bare started the repairs on 2/2. I got a call the next day 2/3 to pick up my car, but then I was told it wasn’t ready a few minutes later. I called Monday 2/6 and it wasn’t ready. Finally today, I picked up my car and it was filthy. I had to get a rental for because you could not fix my car. Your shop has my car for 2 weeks collecting mud for simple repairs. Not acceptable. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed

The vehicle was stayed with the dealership for almost a week without even a rental car!
The car was 2018 and had a lot if troubles as of a sudden
The estimated price was given to me was over $4300!!
I should be qualified for “Cost Assistance” which was never brought to me!
I am very frustrated and will try to fix it and get rid of it ASAP.
It was my biggest mistake to get a chevy car and deal with its dealerships!!!!
