She was updating me every chance she could! She was off for 2 days yet she keep me updated on my vehicle! However there was one concern I kept getting put on hold 3 times for over 20 minutes, that could be looked into!!

After waiting 9 hours they hadn't touched my car or looked at it and I finally I asked for the supervisor's name and told Jay I was on my way to talk to the supervisor and then his supervisor David told the mechanic to put it on to check the codes and nothing showed up David informed me that I need to bring it in as soon as my car acts up because the codes I guess don't stay long which I did call MK Chevrolet the day it happened and Jay said he couldn't get me in until next week. I was very upset that I left my car for all those hours for nothing and we still don't know why my car did what it did
