Vehicle towed to MK because both exhaust/catalytic converters stolen. Front driver door key cylinder damaged needed replacement. Front driver door widow/auto locks pulled away and Back passenger door will not lock when door switch is deployed Was told catyalic converters were discontinued and would require after market. I researched and drove to MK and requested magnaflow. this is when I was told vehicle was outsourced to a muffler shop which Gary was unable to give me a name or phone# only a vaugue description off Central south of Chino Avenue. I located my vehicle which had not been worked on. I was not happy with this and informed Gary I was not happy my vehicle was outsourced without knowledge when the Magnaflow coverter is a complete bolt on replacement. I have bought t2 surburbans and HD Diesel truck from MK which prides itself on quality service. I picked up my surburban and ordered the parts which are Back ordered until January 5th. I explained to Gary AAA was notified and that I have my vehicle which will be fixed when parts arrive. Gary is requesting $175 diagnose fee. Really Converters are gone(Stolen) Key cyclinder damaged needs replacement Rear door actuator is the only thing Which would fall under diagnosis

Jay was amazing!!! Great customer service!!! Last time I went in, the lady with the short hair was very rude and I was hoping she wouldn’t help me this time. I will keep coming back to MK Smith thanks to Jay!!!

I have great confidence in Gary’s service. There was an issue that the technician made. Upon finding out about the issue Gary reassured me that it would be taken care of. The next day Gary had my truck in and corrected the issue. Very grateful that he was concerned and took care of the issue promptly. I have great confidence that Gary will always look out for the best interest of his customers and if a problem arises he will correct it.
