I had an appointment at 7:00 am, and dropped off at that time. Upon check in, brief diagnostics were run and I was informed it was most likely due to a need for a new battery and that I would be contacted. I called 3 1/2 hours later bc no one had called me re: the issue, quite or what needed to be done. I was called back shortly and told I needed a new battery and it would cost over $400.00. I said I would call back. I called another company who quoted me over $100 less. I ubered back to MK smith, took my vehicle to the next mechanic and within 30 minutes had a new battery, paid and was in my way home. I tried to give you business bc I’m a loyal Chevy fan but the customer services was subpar and the quote to install a new battery was exorbitant. If I had been told at 7;00… we can get you out of here in 30 minutes, I probably would have waited and paid the over 400 quote to install a new battery. You can do better MK Smith. Oh and you’re also out of blazer wiper blades I was going to buy to have replaced…

Jennifer was very rude and not pleasant to deal with- I got out my truck and walked towards her office not know her name or she was the person I spoke to over the phone- and very rudely “ says go wait by your anyone of the service technician will be there” and walked away.. keep in mind she was sitting at her desk doing nothing. I waited by my car she came over and took her iPad and did her thing- walked back to her office got my info to me to sign here” throwing the pen down on her desk- so I throw it back when I’m done- I asked her how long for this to be to do.. she it will be done today.. ok… I said ok I wait here for it, doesn’t say anything to me about a waiting room area- so I asked her is there one- or do I have to walk the lot outside.. (1st time here at your dealership) tells me u can wait inside- with a attitude- so I walked the lot instead.. Jose Vazquez awesome sales guy came out and helped me with looking at a used car, he too heard my issue I had with Jenifer and said he too had the same issue when he started - other then that Jose would **** back and buy a car just not wanting to deal with service Jen.
