I appreciate Jennifer and her service. My only complaint is that upon receiving my car, I noticed as I was driving out, that the windows must have been left down during this wind event. A layer of dirt accumulated and completely covered the entire interior of my vehicle. So not happy!

My service advisor was amazing and did the best she could, but I showed up early 6:50am before open to get my car serviced specifically headlight bulbs replaced. I was told it should only take a few hours. A few hour latter I received a call saying they won’t have time today because they only have one mechanic… big waist of my time and I had taken the day off from work specifically to get this done so I’m not driving at 5am with no headlights. If there was only one worker on duty it would have been convenient if right from my early arrival I was told this won’t be able to happen today let’s schedule a different day and time as for me to was it mint on a Lyft home and then a Lyft back land the car not even being fixed. I specifically choose MKsmith because of all the wonderful experiences I have had but lately it seem like the team is under staffed every time I visit. I’m going to assume it because you only hire qualified people vs taking anybody that applies. I ended up finding another dealership willing to schedule the same maintenance for half the price too! MK price to change both my headlamp bulbs $650 your competition $345…
