Martin was helpful and explained all procedure being done to my vehicle. Wish he would’ve been more transparent and letting me know the honest time of the completion. My vehicle was there for almost close to four hours and needed a recall and oil change, which I would appreciate that. The approximate time would’ve been more accurate and me having to give him a call kind of upset me. I think his lack of communication just triggered for a Dissatisfied customer service

Garry was great. The work performed was fine. But when I picked up my car it was covered, inside and out, with dirt and dust. Every inch of the interior was dusted with dirt as if the windows had been left down for the past two days.
This same thing happened last time I had it in and I dismissed it but it appears to be a pattern.
