My car should never have beenreleased back to me if it was not repaired properly. I was told that the technician did not tighten some parts properly and that should have never happened.

I made this appointment two weeks ago. It's a known issue with the 2024 Traverse (third row not folding down)....my husband brings the car in and is told (after an hour and half wait) you don't have the parts....so why were they not ordered when I made the appointment? This was a waste of time and now I will have to bring the car in with a newborn, toddler, and preschool if my husband can't get off work again.

I scheduled my appointment with Jen showed up she was not there . There was suppose to be a rental car or shuttle service . Martin comes up I ask if there was a rental car he said no . I said wel Jen was trying to get me one . So I said that’s fine I will take the shuttle . Wel I was there at 7 and no one told me the shuttle doesn’t start until 8 I have broken ribs and I’m standing there so finally I ask Martin are you going to tell me where to sit to wait ? All he does is point over to the outside area . So on top of this I had to get an Uber . I have been there and delt with Jay he has always been great . I felt there was no communication.
