Although the service finally happened because I left a message for the General Manager and complained because when I called to make the appointment they gave me a super hard time and actually hung up on me and told me to have a good day. The service manager called me the next day and set an appointment for me. The service went fine after that. I would say you need to retrain your staff that answers the phone to schedule appointments because they are absolutely terrible.

The service team either did not change my oill or the respective oil filter, because when I got home and checked my oil, the dip stick was black, as if the oil was not changed. This is a great inconvenience and a disappointment. I expect the service team to remedy this as promptly as possible.
