I needed to have my back-up camera fixed. I was told they needed to remove my LED headlights and replace them with factory lights, as this MIGHT [emphasis added] be the problem. I asked if the lights were not the problem, I would still have to pay the hundreds of dollars it would cost and then still have a broken camera and they said yes. Keep in mind, my camera worked for years with the LED lights. Why not just replace the broken camera? This makes no sense. Secondly, one of my rear running lights was out. They wanted to charge $110 to pop in a $6 light bulb. I bought the bulb from Auto Zone and replaced the old one. It took me 6 minutes. The cost of service at dealerships is absurd.

I came in for a brake job due to the amount of miles I had driven my vehicle. The service department was honest enough to tell me I didn’t need new brakes. They could have easily just replaced the brakes and charged me even though I didn’t need them.

This is the second time I have mentioned a persistent problem with my transmission only to be told that all pickup trucks do that jerking when you put the truck in reverse and then put in drive is normal even the new ones. And that my truck has 54,000 miles and at 60,000 miles is do for service that when it could possibly get checked out,so in the meantime I have to live with this problem.So while my truck was in service I took a 2024 Silverado for a test drive and didn’t experience that problem.

I was immediately and very rudely turned away by Jennifer but Jay stepped in and handle the appointment him and I discussed over the phone prior to my arrival. Jay is far the best customer service person whom has assisted me ever in my life. Im grateful he was at his desk when i arrived.
