I took my car to get an oil change and a tune up and there was more wrong with my car. The representative said he would then call me back to see what was wrong with my vehicle. I then called back and was hung up on. I do not like the staff there and I only go because my car is always taken care of. Customer service ****.

The oil change price went up and even with the coupon of 29.95 with the upgrade in oil and adding 1 more quart the price cane to be amost 48.00. I had Andrew help me as Davis was not there when I checked out. The tire pressure was not reset and so the one tire that was at 40 was moved to the front and still at 40. Needless to say no one verified the tire pressure was correct on all 4 tires. Andrew adjusted the air and reset the tire pressure gage and made up for it. Again as a long time customer with MK Smith it was disappointing today. There are many options and choices for service available I hate to go else where.
