I really don't like to complain but I have to be honest. I have zero complaints about Andrew the service guy I talk to but the mechanic did a less than satisfactory job . There is oily handprints on my hood of my brand new truck and small oil spills and oily handprints under my hood end it was immaculate when I dropped it off. And my truck sat in the car wash parking area for 20 mins well I waited then they brought me my truck at 4:58 unwashed because the car wash guys were going home ? I know these are minor things that can easily be cleaned up but I'm very picky and I am a car guy and I know the oil can be changed without making a big mess so unfortunately I highly doubt I'll be back for my next oil change
