My issues were fixed but He was super rude and had a smart mouth. I didnt feel like i was in good hands i left the dealer not wanting to go back

Made a 10am appointment for an oil change. It took over2 1/2 hours to complete. I was told to expect any appointment to take 90 minutes regardless. I would think if an appointment is scheduled, it wouldn't take longer than expected. Not too impressed with MKs customer service from this experience.

I would appreciate updates on my vehicles service while it is being worked on and would like the technician to be upfront with how long I would be without my vehicle. I was never called with updates, I had to call every single day and get an update, my technician didn't call me. I was also told my vehicle would be ready the same day I took it in, same day turned into 4 days. I was told at the end of each day, "tomorrow it will be ready", and that was not the truth. I found out 3 days later that a part needed to be order for my vehicle. The technician didn't tell me that was why my car was not done and why it had to be there all that time. And I didn't find that out from the technician I found out that information from the service department operater.

The second window but not the same window in the past 5 weeks. It's really not reflective of the quality I get from MK Smith. However, designed obsolescence is a trade I'm very disappointed in with General Motors. I hope the MK Smith team stay strong. Thank you.
