On 3.13.24 I stopped in, explained what I need and was instructed to make an appointment for 7am on 3.18.24. I was told if there were no complications I could expect the corrections could be made in 20-30 minutes. I was in the service drive at 6:45am. At 7:10 I was told the specialist was not expected before 8am. The service writer did not know why I was told to be there at 7am. It was 9am before I got the vehicle back and I was late for my next appointment. It did not have to be that way.
